My Story
My journey into massage therapy began at 16, when a car accident left me with a serious spinal injury and chronic migraines. For the next four years, massage was a cornerstone of my rehabilitation—and it was through that challenging healing process that I discovered my true passion for helping others.
After high school, I pursued that calling at the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba, graduating in 2007. My personal experience taught me how uniquely each body heals, deepened my understanding of spinal health, and fuelled my commitment to individualized care.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working in some of Winnipeg’s top clinics and spas. Today, I blend clinical expertise with the serene ambiance of a luxury spa, crafting every session to meet your specific needs and guide you toward greater comfort, mobility, and well-being.
