Booking Policies

1. Scheduling an Appointment

  • Appointments can be requested via this website.

  • Appointments are by request only.

  • Confirmation details (date, time, therapist, and treatment type) will be sent by email or text.

2. Payment

  • Full payment is due at the end of each session.

  • I accept debit/credit cards, and mobile payments.

  • Gratuities are appreciated but never required.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • To avoid a 80% cancellation fee, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee equal to 80% of the booked service.

  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

  • If you need to reschedule, simply contact me; I will do my best to accommodate your preferred time.

4. Late Arrival

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect other clients’ appointments.

  • Full fees apply if the session cannot be reasonably adjusted.

5. Client Consultation & Health Information

  • A Health History questionnaire will be sent via email.

  • 24 hours before your treatment an illness screening questionnaire will be sent via email. 

  • All form must be completed before you appointment time. 

  • A consultation/ assessment will be conducted before your first treatment and updated before each session.

  • Please disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or allergies to ensure a safe and effective session.

6. Treatment Etiquette

  • Massage Therapists are trained professionals who maintain strict ethical standards.

  • Proper draping is used at all times to ensure privacy and comfort.

  • You may request adjustments to pressure, room temperature, music volume, or lighting at any time.

  • Clients are advised to inform their therapist immediately should they experience any discomfort during their session.

7. Conduct & Boundaries

  • My clinic maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of sexual impropriety.

  • Both clients and therapists must respect professional boundaries at all times.

  • Any inappropriate behaviour or requests will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and potential reporting to authorities.

8. Hygiene & Safety

  • Please arrive clean and free of strong fragrances to maintain a pleasant environment for all clients.

  • Hand sanitizing stations are available; please wash or sanitize your hands upon entry.

  • All treatment spaces and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between clients.

Additional Information

  • Gratuities: While not required, they are gratefully accepted and can be added to your payment.
