▿ Treatment Requirements

PPE and your Massage


I will be requiring all clients to wear a mask when they arrive and during their treatment. I will be wearing a mask and eye protection during your massage as well. Gloves are not required for treatment but if you will feel more comfortable with me wearing them, I will have them ready.




Sanitizing Hands


Clients will be required to sanitize their hands when they enter, after you remove your shoes, and before you leave. I will have a sanitizer dispenser ready for you to use at the entrance and in the room.




*NEW* Face Masks


After consulting medical experts and reviewing the latest information. I will be supplying each client with a ASTM Level 3 Barrier Medical Face Mask. All clients will be required to wear this mask for the duration of their treatment.




Proof of Recovery


If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone who was but have recovered or tested negative, you will need to provide documented proof of recovery/testing.




Public Or Priavte Gatherings


If you have attended a group gathering of 5 or more people where physical distancing was not possible and or masks were not worn. ( example: party, protest/public demonstration, visting loved ones) in the last 14 days. You will be required to wait 14 days after the date of the gathering before you may book a massage.

New Clients


I am happy to announce that as of June 9, 2020 I am accepting new clients.




Limited Availability


With the increased cleaning protocols I have extended the time between appointments to ensure social distancing, and sufficient time for sanitizing.




Pre-Appointment Screenings


You will be sent a Covid-19 pre-screening form to your email 24hrs prior to your confirmed appointment. This form MUST be completed before you arrive for your treatment. Please be sure to check your junk mail if you don't see it in your mailbox.

Sanitization


All equipment and surfaces that I or my clients come in contact with will be thoroughly sanitized before and after every appointment using a Hard-Surface Disinfectant approved by Health Canada: Ultra-lyte Disinfectant (DIN# 02362546*)




Air Purification


A three-stage (True HEPA filter, Charcoal filter, UV-C Sanitizer) air purifier will be running in the treatment room at all times ( PureZone™ 3-In-1 True HEPA Air Purifier).




Sheets and Towels


All sheets and towels will continue to be washed in detergent, bleach, and hot water to ensure full sanitation.





▿ Cancellation & Payments

New Cancellation Policy


If you need to cancel due to illness or suspected illness, I ask that you notify me as soon as possible over the phone* (email or text will not be accepted for cancellations). I will not charge any client who needs to cancel their appointment for reasons related to the COVID-19. I just ask that you provide as much notice as soon as possible so that I may contact the next person who will be waiting for a massage. Also note that this is an ever-changing situation and I may need to cancel your appointment with short notice. But I will provide you with as much notice as possible. My phone number will be provided in your booking confirmation email.




Payments


All payments are required to be done via contactless payment (debit or credit) or E-transfer.
