▿ Treatment Requirements
PPE and your Massage
I will be requiring all clients to wear a mask when they arrive and during their treatment. If wearing a mask is found to be too uncomfortable, other accommodations can be made. However, a mask MUST be worn when you arrive.
I will be wearing a mask and eye protection during your massage as well. Gloves are not required for treatment but if you will feel more comfortable with me wearing them, I will have them ready.
Clients will be required to sanitize their hands when they enter, after you remove your shoes, and before you leave. . I will have a sanitizer dispenser ready for you to use at the entrance and in the room.
New Waver Form
Clients will be required to sign a new waver form stating they understand (a) their responsibility in reporting their health status and (b) the risks of receiving massage therapy with the new COVID-19 virus.
Bag for Belongings
Clients will need to bring a bag large enough for their belongings including clothes, jackets etc. This will help reduce the risk of possible contact transfer. It is a small room and I will not be able to move any personal belongings during the treatment.
Proof of Recovery
If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone who was but have recovered or tested negative, you will need to provide documented proof of recovery/testing.
If you have attended a group gathering of 25 or more people ( example: party, protest/public demonstration) in the last 14 days. You will be required to wait 14 days after the date of the gathering before you may book a massage.
Cancellation List/Waiting List
I will be making a cancellation/wait list. So if I have any cancellations, I will contact the next client on the list with available treatment times.
I am happy to anounce that as of June 9, 2020 I am accepting new clients.
This will be a slow gradual process of returning to work for everyone. With the increased cleaning protocols I have extended the time between appointments to ensure social distancing, and sufficient time for sanitizing.
I will be pre-screening all clients over the phone with a set list of questions. I will call you at your preferred contact number two (2) hours prior to you scheduled treatment time.
Please be sure you are available at that time as this is a requirement for your treatment to proceed.

All equipment and surfaces that I or my clients come in contact with will be thoroughly sanitized before and after every appointment using a
Hard-Surface Disinfectant approved by Health Canada:

Sheets and Towels
All sheets and towels will continue to be washed in detergent, bleach, and hot water to ensure full sanitation.
▿ Cancellation & Payments
New Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel due to illness or suspected illness, I ask that you notify me as soon as possible over the phone* (email or text will not be accepted for cancellations). I will not charge any client who needs to cancel their appointment for reasons related to the COVID-19.
I just ask that you provide as much notice as soon as possible so that I may contact the next person who will be waiting for a massage.
Also note that this is an ever-changing situation and I may need to cancel your appointment with short notice. But I will provide you with as much notice as possible.

All payments will be required to be done via contactless payment (debit or credit) or E-transfer. Please be sure that you have the tap function activated on your card prior to your treatment.
